Cointreau orange liqueur is made from special bitter oranges gathered from the Middle East, Spain, North Africa, and the Caribbean. For almost 150 years it has been an international standard in liqueurs and cocktails. People who know use this for their Cosmopolitans. They have a great advertizing campaign of "be cointreauversial" and are backing it up with the scantily clad Dita Von Teese. Named Best Fruit Liqueur in the San Francisco 2007 Competition. 5.4% ABV Moritz Beer is a true Spanish lager beer all the way from Barcelona. Its heritage dates back to 1856 when Louis Moritz Trautmann made the first batch of Moritz Beer. The beer was initially brewed in a small factory but as popularity for the beer grew there was a need to upscale the brewery, which was done in 1864. Sadly in 1978 due to financial difficulties brought on by the energy crisis the brewery had to be closed down. However, in 2004 descendants of the Moritz family revived the brand and Moritz beer was again made available. The building which housed the old brewery was reinstated as the companies head office and also houses a beer museum and bar. Some describe this beer as Spanish sunshine in a bottle! Moritz Beer is delivered straight from the distributor. Please select your shipping state below.
